We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, schedule a measure-up, manufacture and deliver a door, and stay in touch about your project. If you've asked us not to, we won't add you to any marketing list.

Google Analytics collects technical information about your visit including approximate location, device type, browser, and the pages you load. This information is anonymised and aggregated — we don't use it to identify individuals.

Your information is stored on Microsoft and Google cloud infrastructure under their standard enterprise security and Australian data residency arrangements. We retain it for as long as needed to support your project and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of warranty, service, or legal obligations — typically seven years from the last contact.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct or delete it. Email olivia@bespokedoors.com.au with the subject line "Privacy enquiry" and we'll respond within 14 days.
