Every door we build belongs to one of three families. Each one engineered for what it has to do, finished by hand at 7 Nelson Street.

External doors rot because they're built like internal doors. Pivot doors fail because the structure can't handle the weight. Oversized entrances twist and drop because timber alone isn't enough at that scale.
We build doors differently. We control the design, the engineering, and the manufacturing. Every door is made at our workshop at 7 Nelson Street, Moorabbin. We select the materials, we engineer the structure, and we build the door as a complete system.

When the door is wrong, replacing it is rarely the whole story. The frame is rotted, the sidelights have failed, the threshold has dropped, and the daylight stops at the porch.
We do the door. We do the lot.
The door, we make. The frame, sidelights, hardware and install — coordinated as one job across Melbourne through Doors Replaced, our preferred install partner. One point of contact, one warranty, nothing for you to organise.
There's a difference between selling a door and building one. When you sell, you sell what's available. When you build, you control what goes in, how it's put together, and whether it'll hold up over time. Every door at Bespoke is designed, engineered, and manufactured in-house at our Moorabbin workshop. That's the entire job.
Your door is built by hand in our Moorabbin workshop.
Finished, checked, and delivered anywhere in Australia.
Across Melbourne, fitted by our install partner Doors Replaced — measured, hung, and warranted as one job.
Outside Melbourne? We supply your door Australia-wide for your own builder to hang.

Most doors get picked off a screen. Ours are built to be experienced in person.
Operate working pivot doors on FritsJurgens systems, feel the weight of an oversized entrance, compare timber species side by side, and see how EverFrame™ and StormBloc™ are actually constructed.
Saturdays you can just walk in. Wed–Fri are by appointment — call ahead and we'll have someone ready for you.
Oversized entrances, complex pivot systems, exposed conditions — the jobs other companies avoid are the ones we're built for. If it's difficult, we're probably the right people to talk to.
We'll organise someone to come out, measure properly, and assess the full situation. The right solution gets worked out based on your actual opening, your conditions, and what you're trying to achieve.
Every door is engineered for its specific application. We don't pull something off a shelf and hope it fits. The door is designed for your opening, your conditions, and your project requirements, then built at our Moorabbin workshop.
Door, frame, sidelights, threshold, weather sealing — engineered together and built together. Not a door bought separately, then a frame from somewhere else, then sealing strips bought off the shelf. One workshop, one system, one set of tolerances.
From the first conversation through to the finished entrance, we're across it. We don't hand you a door and wish you luck. We make sure the whole process is handled properly so the end result is what it should be.
The entrance is one of the most important parts of a home. We build the doors that make the most impact and hold up the longest. Proprietary systems like EverFrame™ steel reinforcement, StormBloc™ weather-resistant, and RotGuard™ edge sealing mean these doors are engineered to perform for years.
The full Bespoke range — NORTH, HAZE, EMBER, BONE, EVEN, WEAVE, the Pillar and Cirque pivots, and StormBloc™. Sizes, timber species, pricing, and the engineering behind why each door is built the way it is.
Every door photographed at our workshop or installed in real homes across Melbourne. No stock photography, no renders.
Most door projects come down to three questions. We've written the honest comparison for each — from the manufacturer that makes both sides of the decision.
Up to 500kg at 3.6m × 3.6m vs standard residential. The cost, size, and architectural-intent decision.
Real Colorbond steel + sealed edges vs moulded GRP. Engineered for Australian conditions, made in Moorabbin.
Zero maintenance vs warmth + character. Full 20-year cost-of-ownership comparison from the manufacturer of both.
Whether it's a homeowner replacing a front door or an architect speccing an entrance for a new build, the process is the same: we listen, we advise, and we build the right door for the project. Shop drawings before manufacture, engineering consultation on oversized and pivot applications, on call for the spec stage.
